Navasota Noon Lions Club

History of our Chapter

The Navasota Noon Lions Club came into creation in April 1987.  Now twenty years later, two charter members remain active in the club -- Dr. Dick Butler and Billy Lunsford.   In 1990, the Noon Lions went coed.  Among the women who broke the gender barrier, Lillian Rushing continues active in the club, currently serving as the Treasurer and Tail Twister.
