The Navasota Noon Lions Club continues to
collect old eyeglasses and eyeglass cases. There are collection boxes
in establishments throughout Navasota. Each year, we donate the
collected items to the national collection center, where the glasses are
re-distributed to the needy throughout the state of Texas and elsewhere.
Our most recent donation was in excess of 300 pairs of glasses..
